How to identify your LG model
The exact model code is the safest starting point. You do not need to know the filter name first.

Find the label
Open the refrigerator compartment and check the inside side walls for the rating label.

Copy the full code
On newer models, check the inside left liner first; on many older models, check the right.
3
Use the code in the finder
Copy the full code exactly. Small suffix differences can matter for replacement parts.
