Model-number guide

How to identify your WINIX model

The exact model code is the safest starting point. You do not need to know the filter name first.

1

Find the label

Check the product label on the rear or underside of the purifier.

2

Copy the full code

Use punctuation where shown, for example 5500-2 or ZERO-S.

3

Use the code in the finder

Older models may have a WAC/WACP code as well as a shorter retail name; either can help.

The exact model number is best, but brand names and filter part numbers work too.
